Right to cancel: You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 2 weeks of receiving your goods unless you have taken any audio or video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which may be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice) or by returning the goods at your own cost and risk.
